Today we celebrate the feast of all the Carmelite Saints. We remember not only the saints officially recognised by the Church but all who have been part of the Carmelite family over more than 800 years and who now rejoice in the fullness of God's presence.
"What numbers of saints we have in heaven who have worn this habit of ours! We must have the holy audacity to aspire, with God’s help, to be like them." (St Teresa of Avila, Foundations 29:33)
