It is a quiet and still evening.
Some time has passed since you witnessed the address that Jesus gave before the crowd on the mountainside.
You step out for a short walk in a green space near to where you live. You observe the moon and the trees. The street lights stir up odd shapes and images before you.
You see the mountain again and recall the words that were spoken before the crowd '... be perfect, therefore, as your heavenly Father is perfect ...'
Back at home you think of those you dearly love and those who dearly love you. You give thanks.
You shall aim to be quietly present for any in need of your kindness and your generosity.
Compassion shall be both a friend and a genuine source of energy.
